Need an early check-in or late check-out?

We’re happy to help! If you’d like to arrive early or stay a little longer, just let us know when you book your reservation, or ask our team when you check in. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on room availability. Please note, a late check-out may come with a small fee, depending on how late you’d like to stay.

Our cancellation policy

Plans change—we get it! If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.

Extra guests in your room

Our room rates include accommodation for two adults. If you’d like to add more adults (and the room allows), there’s a charge of $20 per additional adult, per night, plus taxes and fees. Good news—children 17 and under stay free with an adult!

Why is there pre-authorization on my credit card?

To confirm your reservation, we may place a pre-authorization hold on your credit card. This isn’t a charge, but rather a temporary hold to make sure your card is valid. You’ll see it as a pending transaction, but no money is actually taken from your account. The hold will remain for the duration of your stay and is typically released within five days after you check-out.

Traveling with kids?

We’re happy to provide cribs and playpens for your little ones at no extra charge—just let us know when you check in, and we’ll have one ready for you. Need an extra bed? Cots are available for $20 per night, plus taxes and fees.

Minimum age to reserve a room

To book a room, guests must be at least 21 years old and have a valid credit card at check-in. If you prefer to pay with cash, you’ll also need to be 21 or older.

Guests can let the reservations agent know about any special requests they have at the time of booking. If booking online, guests can add any special requests on the guest information form before completing their reservation.

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your arrival with no penalty. If you need to make any changes to your existing reservation, just give us a call at 1-833-848-2999 and our team will be happy to assist you.

What happens if I forget to cancel my reservation?

If you forget to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival, you’ll be charged a fee equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax.

Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF) is the closest major airport, located about 39 km (24 miles) from the hotel.
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is approximately 121 km (75 miles) away.

WEGO is a fully accessible shuttle service that picks up guests directly in front of the hotel and connects them to the Falls, Clifton Hill, the casinos and more.

How close are we to the waterfalls?

You’re just a short stroll away! Our hotel is only four blocks from the brink of Niagara Falls—about a 10-minute walk. You can also reach the excitement of Clifton Hill and its attractions in around 10 minutes on foot. It’s the perfect spot for exploring everything Niagara Falls has to offer!

When can I see the Falls illuminations?

You can enjoy the breathtaking illumination of the Falls every night, starting at dusk—all year round. It’s a must-see experience during your stay!

Can I see fireworks over Niagara Falls?

Absolutely! You’ll have a fantastic view of the spectacular fireworks show right from your room. It’s the perfect way to end your day at Niagara Falls!

Which border crossing is closest to the hotel?

The Rainbow Bridge is the nearest border crossing to our hotel. It connects Niagara Falls, Ontario, with Niagara Falls, New York, making it quick and easy for guests to travel between Canada and the United States.

What types of pool amenities are on property?

There are two indoor heated saltwater pools, a whirlpool, and a cedar sauna, as well as an outdoor hot tub with a sun deck.

Yes, we require a security deposit at check-in. An additional authorization of $150 per night will be placed on your credit card to cover any incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable and will be released at check-out, provided there are no additional charges.

Can I have food delivered from local restaurants?

Yes! You’re welcome to order food delivery from area restaurants to the hotel. You can provide your room number to the delivery service or arrange to meet your driver in the lobby. Please note, our Front Desk team does not deliver food to guest rooms, so you’ll need to collect your order yourself. Enjoy exploring the local flavors during your stay!

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel offers on-site self-parking for $35 CDN. All parking options are charged per night and are plus taxes and fees.

Is there a refrigerator or microwave in the room?

All rooms have a mini fridge and there is a microwave available in the Guest Pantry accessible 24 hours a day.

Are baby cribs or cots available if requested?

Cribs and playpens are available complimentary and can be requested at the time of check in. Cots are also available for the cost of $20 plus taxes & fees per night.
